What was the highlight of Kytos Hotel
The hotel must do a lot of improvement if wants the customer not hazy
The bed size for family quite enough
Small parking room, no swimming pool and little variant for breakfast, ac not cold, no promo with credit card (banner mandiri stay at the hotel, but when call at call center mandiri they said no promo with kytos --> means no valid information)

I’ll give you a 9/10 overall! ;)
Loved the ambience at the rooftop restaurant for both dinner and breakfast! The staff was excellent, very friendly. Service was quick and the food was prepared fresh and served hot. Better than expected! :)
Should have had a pool! ???????????????? The shower area in the bathroom needed a door. Water from shower kept coming outside and wetting the rest of the area.

Dissapointed and not worth the money
Rooftop is ok
We booked 5 rooms at Kytos hotel and 3 of them smells bad. In the evening we left for dinner and when we came back one of the room smells like someone just smoke inside it. Cleanliness is poor at the hotel. I asked cleaning service to change the bed sheet cause it was dirty and asked them to clean the floor as well. It's a new hotel with poor maintenance. Also the junior suite room is very small (not worth the money).
