The bed size for family quite enough

Small parking room, no swimming pool and little variant for breakfast, ac not cold, no promo with credit card (banner mandiri stay at the hotel, but when call at call center mandiri they said no promo with kytos --> means no valid information)

Simple budget hotel

It is simple and cheap. It has a room for 4 adults.

The bedcover is dirty, room is very small. Not recommended for people who bring a medium size-large size luggage.

The hotel is not like what I expected. But I love the 81skyresto!

I like the rooftop restaurant and the view. The food was OK but the view and nuance were great. There are many good restaurants nearby. Also, the 24-hour convenient stores are so close. They are just steps away from the hotel.

I told the receptionist that the AC was leaking but there was no follow up, even until morning. Also, the garbage bin was broken so I had to use a plastic bag to put all the garbage. The room was small, unlike the junior suite pics that I see in this website. The elevator is only one, and sometimes it doesn't stop on the floors where you are, even you have pushed the button.

Room are too small, didn't have enough space to pray. They didn't have kettle nor cups if you want to drink hot coffee. Have to ask from the receptionist. However they do have machine for hot drinks with charge at the lobby.

Dissapointed and not worth the money

Rooftop is ok

We booked 5 rooms at Kytos hotel and 3 of them smells bad. In the evening we left for dinner and when we came back one of the room smells like someone just smoke inside it. Cleanliness is poor at the hotel. I asked cleaning service to change the bed sheet cause it was dirty and asked them to clean the floor as well. It's a new hotel with poor maintenance. Also the junior suite room is very small (not worth the money).

The staff and the location.

Everything. An extra bed is simply a mattress on the floor. The person on that mattress, please be prepared to sleep with the never-ending amount of ants crawling all around, near, and on you. Be prepared to itch and scratch like a motherfucker. Pillows smell of the sweat of a thousand greasy and hairy apes. The bathroom door doesn't lock. The volume of the wardrobe creaks can be heard by those staying on the upper floors (we were on the ground floor). Note that there is no lift nor wifi in the room. Toilet condition is disgusting and provides nothing, not even a corner rack for your own toiletries.

Should have had a pool! ???????????????? The shower area in the bathroom needed a door. Water from shower kept coming outside and wetting the rest of the area.

Great value for the money!

Clean and comfortable, good TV, good WiFi. Staff is friendly and checkin-checkout is a breeze. We went to dinner at the rooftop restaurant and the food was really outstanding, a great secret.

They need to pickup the dirty dishes in the hallways instead of letting them sit all night. Breakfast was underwhelming (especially compared to their dinner).
